So, we are revamping the entire system to better respond to questions, concerns and complaints.”
The first step of the customer service upgrade will be to start a new advanced training program for existing company representatives, he said.
“What often happens is that people are great after their initial training, but can fall into bad habits over time,” he said. “By undergoing new, intensive training they can get back on track.”
Next, PhoneNumber.us.org will add new customer service representatives to their staff, he said.
“The more people we have working for us, the less time customers will be kept on hold and the more quickly we can respond to them,” he said. “We think that will be a big help.”
Finally, PhoneNumber.us.org will start a mentorship program where more experienced customer service representatives will help newer CSRs upgrade their skills, he said.
“It's all about making this a team effort,” he said. “If we work together, we can make sure our customer service achieves the level of excellence we are looking for.”
