Chuck Paulson answered a variety of questions ranging from what made him choose Oregon and Washington personal injury law to what he believes are the biggest obstacles for Oregon personal injury law in the next 30 years.
Portland, OR (PRWEB) July 15, 2014
Chuck Paulson of Paulson Coletti Trial Lawyers PC has been recognized for his 30-year Best Lawyer accomplishment in the upcoming 20th edition of The Best Lawyers in America as it marks the 30th year in publication. The special publication and interview are scheduled to release on July 25, 2014. About his three decades of Best Lawyers selection, Mr. Paulson answers by saying that [the selection] “reflects other people’s opinions of you. You may think you are doing good work but it is good to have that validated by your peers.”
Best Lawyers is the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. For more than three decades, Best Lawyers lists have earned the respect of the profession, the media, and the public, as the most reliable, unbiased source of legal referrals anywhere. The attorney lists are compiled from peer-review surveys from tens of thousands of confidential leading lawyer’s evaluations.
For the special edition of The Best Lawyers in America interview, Chuck Paulson answered a variety of questions ranging from what made him choose Oregon and Washington personal injury law to what he believes are the biggest obstacles for Oregon personal injury law in the next 30 years.
When asked how the legal industry has changed over the last thirty years, Mr. Paulson credits the information technology boom as making a tremendous difference. “I can Google something in a couple of minutes here in the office,” states Paulson. “[Before] I used to have to drive up to the medical school library and go through the periodicals and literature. Now in three minutes, I can have a pretty good grasp of almost any medical situation. Information technology has made life a ton easier.”
The Oregon personal injury case that Mr. Paulson is the most proud of is the Teddy Jordan case. Teddy Jordan was convicted of murdering a railroad worker in 1932 in Klamath Falls and served 26 years in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. What the Best Lawyers in America interview evidenced is that Chuck Paulson is consistent in one area: his desire to help those who are disadvantaged and in need an experienced legal advocate.
