PropertyHistory.us.org to Start Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) April 11, 2014 -- PropertyHistory.us.org is set to start a deep-delving customer survey in order to evaluate how consumers have reacted to changes on the site over the last year, the company announced yesterday.
“During the last 12 months, we've made many changes to our site,” a PropertyHistory.us.org spokesman said. “We think they have added a good deal of value to our site, but we may be biased. We want to find out exactly what our customers think of what we've done so we can continue to make improvements in the future.”
Since second quarter 2013, the company has added new payment options, simplified the search service, added educational articles, upped their download speed, and added more customer service representatives, he said.
“What we are going to do is send emails out to our existing customers asking them to fill out a detailed survey,” he said. “In addition, when a new customer signs up they will also be asked to fill out the survey. We'll then compare the results to our customer satisfaction survey of last year, and determine which improvements have worked and which have fallen flat.”
PropertyHistory.us.org will then base additional improvements on the results of the current survey, he said.
“There is always room for improvement, and each change we make runs the risk of turning off some customers,” he said. “We are aware of that, which is why we need to periodically collect information from our customers.”
