“Some of our older customers have requested a more basic search system, so we have updated our software to make that improvement,” he said. “Finally, we discovered that sometimes when there were multiple streets with the same name in the same city there were inaccurate reports going out. Our new software system will now be able to figure out which property the customer is actually looking up, making our search service somewhat more accurate.”
