PropertyTaxRecord.org is set to launch a guide explaining why legitimate real estate records are important and how to understand what they mean, the company said yesterday.
“Many people don't really understand the importance of having legitimate property records at their disposal when they are thinking about buying real estate,” a PropertyTaxRecord.org spokesman said. “Still others don't know how to read and interpret property records when they have them, because they are often written in legal jargon. We want to help both groups of people.”
The guide will take customers and potential customers through all of the common public domain property records one by one and explain each individually, he said. It will also teach people how to identify a legitimate property record from one that has been faked.
“At that point, we'll tell people what red flags to look for in the legitimate records,” he said. “This way they'll always have a clear understanding of whether they are getting a good deal in any property transaction.”
The PropertyTaxRecord.org guide will be published on the members 'area of their website and released through their social media channels and blogs, he said.
“We hope to have many more real estate guides published in the future,” he said. “We think that educating the public is a great way to add value to the products and services we have available. We want everyone to be able to make a legitimate real estate deal and not get ripped off.”
