“When we launched, our first priority was to make sure our site worked on laptops and desktops,” a PropertyTaxRecord.org spokesman said. “Now that we have been up and running well, our second job is to make it as easy to use as possible. “When you go to our site, it will automatically recognize what type of device you are using and will default to the compatible version of our site,” the PropertyTaxRecord.org spokesman said. “By doing so automatically, we believe we've made it as convenient as possible.”
Customers asked PropertyTaxRecord.org for the mobile service because they wanted to be able to access the records while they are actually viewing the home itself, he said.
“They found that having to actually go home or to the office and then download the information was not practical,” he said. “If there are problems with the property, they want to know right when they are there so that they can move on to the next home right away.”
