Prophix Software, a leading developer of corporate performance management (CPM) software, is pleased to announce the winners of their annual customer awards.

Presented during the first evening of the company’s user conference, customer organizations from around the world were recognized for demonstrating excellence and thought leadership to the Prophix user community.

“We have developed programs and initiatives that we hope provide a value-add for our customers,” explained Paul Barber, President and CEO of Prophix. “Customers can choose from a number of ways to engage with the executive team, with other customers, and even the product development group.”

Prophix’s executive team meets annually to review such criteria as engagement, innovation, and strategic initiative from nominations submitted by Prophix employees who work one-on-one with customers.

“Along with rewarding customers, this program fosters a culture within Prophix that puts our engagement with customers front and centre,” said Barber.

This year’s customer award winners include:

  • North American Customer of the Year: Myriad Genetics
  • International Customer of the Year: National Electric Vehicle Sweden
  • Most Innovative Customer of the Year: Tokio Millennium
  • New Customer of the Year Award: Just Energy
  • Prophix Rewards Customer of the Year: Myriad Genetics
  • Prophix Feedback Customer of the Year: PARTEQ Innovations

Joining this circle of excellence is Denise Feece, Director of Operational Accounting and Corporate Planning, Coleman Cable who was voted "Best Customer Case Study" by user conference attendees.

In celebration of this year’s 10th anniversary, Prophix developed and launched a program that highlighted customer stories from the past ten years. Choosing from 17 case studies, attendees voted on their favorite story prior to the conference. The customers who rounded out the top three presented their case studies in the general session.

“It was a lot of fun,” said Denise Feece, Director of Operational Accounting and Corporate Planning, Coleman Cable. “I really enjoyed rallying the votes so I could get onstage.”

Prophix’s user conference took place over three days in Washington, D.C. at the Fairmont hotel in Georgetown.
