Frank Monticelli has more than 14 years of outside sales experience in the financial, government and commercial sectors combined with 25 years of in-depth knowledge of mission critical environments—having held key sales positions with CyrusOne, Emerson Network Power, Eaton, HP and other noted firms in the mission critical marketplace. As a skilled relationship salesperson, Frank developed a $1.4 million MRC sales pipeline in his first year at CyrusOne, and exceeded all quotas with Emerson and Eaton. At EYP Mission Critical, Frank served as a trusted advisor to the colocation and real estate market to help drive business toward energy efficient designs, saving millions in end-user OPEX. At Emerson and Liebert, he led and managed 10 experienced sales personnel and developed engagement plans to expand the channel partner team, thereby significantly increasing market penetration and exceeding quotas year over year.
Most notably, Frank is a member of the United States Air Force (retired) and was awarded two Accommodation Medals for actions in a wartime environment. He also was awarded both the Maryland and Mississippi State Governor’s Medal for actions during Hurricane Katrina. We’re excited to have Frank lead our growing sales team.
As the new Director of Strategic Accounts at Quality Uptime, Glenn Paulson will manage strategic customer relationships and pursue new business development opportunities with Quality Uptime’s partners. Glenn’s previous experience includes high-level strategic account management among some of the world’s biggest brands in technology and finance, including ABB-Thomas & Betts, AT&T, First Data Corporation, Capital One, Metlife and Comcast. While serving in that capacity, Glenn’s clients consistently reported a high renewal and customer satisfaction rating, with 90% of his accounts resulting in new business opportunities and significant revenue growth.
