Questline Lands $90,000 in Ohio Incumbent Worker Training Voucher Program Funds for 2016
Columbus, Ohio (PRWEB) December 15, 2015 -- Questline, Inc. will receive $90,000 in state funds as part of the Ohio Incumbent Worker Training Voucher Program in 2016. The money will be used to provide educational and training opportunities to Questline’s workforce.
“These funds will allow us to further invest in our highly skilled employees; helping grow our expertise in the energy, technology and content delivery space,” said Questline President Dave Reim. “We’re fortunate to employ top talent. Investing in additional training will take our professional workforce to the next level, to deliver better outcomes for our utility clients.”
Questline employs engineers, copywriters, editors, graphic designers, multimedia producers, Dev/Ops professionals, strategic marketers, business developers and account managers.
“As technology evolves, so does the training needed to keep employees current,” said David Goodman, director of the Ohio Development Services Agency. “It’s important that employees across the state have the tools they need to succeed.”
The Ohio Development Services Agency reimburses the employer for up to 50 percent of the eligible training costs. The ultimate goal of this program is twofold: allow employers to retain and grow their existing Ohio workforce and create a statewide workforce that can meet the present and future demands in an ever changing economy.
