RDV Systems, leader in BIM Visualization Software for AEC Projects raises Series B funding from Glodon (Hong Kong) Software
Manchester, NH (PRWEB) December 02, 2015 -- RDV, a visualization software company that is changing the way civil engineers, infrastructure professionals and many others create, visualize, share and present their project designs, raised $1.0 million in a Series B round of financing led by Glodon (Hong Kong) Software, a wholly owned overseas entity of Glodon Software Company Limited, a Chinese leader in BIM software and solution provider for AEC Industry. To help tighten cooperation, the new investors will receive a seat on the RDV board of directors.
RDV Systems’ cloud-based suite of BIM visualization tools and complementary services allow AEC industry professionals to create interactive 3D models of their civil engineering designs. RDV will deploy the current round of funding to grow the company’s North American footprint and to help make 3D design visualizations a mainstream component of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) project lifecycle.
