RE.BIN is a stylish and functional alternative to the traditional bulky, unsightly recycling bins we’ve all grown accustomed to. Not only that, but it is also the only recycling bin that is made from 100% recycled materials.

RE.BIN, the modern alternative to the traditional recycling bin, promotes sustainability through design by offering an easy way to recycle in style. RE.BIN successfully funded on Kickstarter, raising a total of $52,986 over the course of a 34-day campaign that wrapped up last Wednesday. Due to its increasing popularity towards the end of the campaign, RE.BIN founder Whitney Ferrell has decided to move the campaign over to InDemand on Indiegogo.

“I’m overwhelmed and excited by how many people helped bring RE.BIN to life,” Ferrell said. “I wanted to give those who missed our Kickstarter campaign another opportunity to purchase their own RE.BINs. InDemand is great way for individuals to join the RE.BIN movement and continue sharing our project.”

Made in Vermont from 100% recycled plastic, RE.BIN is designed to be used with standard paper grocery bags for an easy, clean and sustainable recycling experience. RE.BIN offers a modern, minimalist design that is sure to complement any home interior. Available in either black or white, RE.BIN’s minimalist, yet modern design is aesthetically pleasing and is intended to be displayed in a kitchen or open living area. The bins are 12.75” x 8.75” x 17.5” so consumers also have the option to hide RE.BIN away inside a normal-sized kitchen cabinet.

“Living in a big city, I know how hard it can be to practice living a sustainable lifestyle when you’re short on space and tight on time,” Ferrell said. “RE.BIN is a stylish and functional alternative to the traditional bulky, unsightly recycling bins we’ve all grown accustomed to. Not only that, but it is also the only recycling bin that is made from 100% recycled materials. While RE.BIN doesn’t require a liner, it is designed to fit any standard paper grocery bag to make taking out the recycling just as convenient as taking out the trash.”

RE.BIN has been featured in several design and eco-friendly publications including Design Milk, PSFK, Inhabitat, Curbed, Domino and Trend Hunter. RE.BIN is available for purchase on Indiegogo for $52, which includes shipping and handling costs anywhere within the United States. For orders placed through InDemand, RE.BIN is scheduled to ship in October 2016. For more information on RE.BIN, please visit bit.ly/Rebin_Indie.
