I am proud to have received the RCC as it will allow me to better work with not only buyers and sellers, but appraisers, inspectors, lenders, designers, engineers and construction professionals.

RE/MAX Momentum Realtor Sue Stylianos-Merich is proud to announce she recently became a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), recognized as real estate’s No. 1 certification, and Residential Construction Certified (RCC). “As a CNHS, I received training that covers all aspects of working successfully with builders and new home buyers,” said Stylianos-Merich. “There’s not a lot of inventory around Denver, but a lot of new builds are going up so I wanted to become educated in all aspects of the field so I can educate my buyers, as well as build better relationships with the builders.”

Realtors who earn the CNHS designation gain increased knowledge in understanding today’s buyers and the builder’s perspective. They also learn broker services most important to builders, important elements of new home contracts, construction financing options and considerations, residential construction from the ground up, architectural design, new home marketing strategies and much more.

For real estate professionals such as Stylianos-Merich that are active in either resale or new home business, the RCC delivers the most effective and comprehensive training available, covering materials, methods, terminology and details of residential construction. “This certification identifies you as a true real estate professional with in-depth knowledge of residential construction,” said Stylianos-Merich. “I am proud to have received the RCC as it will allow me to better work with not only buyers and sellers, but appraisers, inspectors, lenders, designers, engineers and construction professionals.”
