“The NAA Conference & Show is the perfect opportunity for auctioneers and vendors of all kinds to meet in person, and I was extremely proud to be able to represent USA TODAY this year,” said Joseph Doner, National Media Development
Addison, TX (PRWEB) August 12, 2015
“Everything Big Happens Here” boasted the brochure for the 66th International Auctioneers Conference & Show. The words were a perfect fit for the Texas-sized gathering that drew more than a thousand attendees, including reps from Russell Johns Associates (http://russelljohns.com) who were there to tout USA TODAY’s “Auction Showcase.”
The Conference & Show, which took place July 14-18 at the Intercontinental Dallas Hotel, was presented by the National Auctioneers Association, the world's largest association dedicated to professional auctioneers.
“The NAA Conference & Show is the perfect opportunity for auctioneers and vendors of all kinds to meet in person, and I was extremely proud to be able to represent USA TODAY this year,” said Joseph Doner, National Media Development. “Some of our longest standing clients finally had the opportunity to put a face to my name, and we even had the chance to discuss marketing concepts for upcoming auctions.”
Doner and Sales Media Associate Cassandra Doxa answered many questions from attendees about Auction Showcase, which appears in USA TODAY on Tuesdays and Fridays and features various categories, from secluded property and mega-mansions to exotic cars and rare collectibles.
“The conference was truly a phenomenal experience,” said Doxa. “I met so many wonderful people who are truly passionate about the Auction industry. My favorite part was the ‘Fun Auction!’ It was so awesome.”
