RKL eSolutions Acquires Baesis, Expands Sage 100 Practice
Lancaster, PA (PRWEB) January 04, 2016 -- RKL eSolutions has announced the acquisition of Baesis Inc., a Sage 100 and manufacturing software provider based in Massachusetts. The acquisition adds 8 new team members that significantly expand RKL eSolutions’ depth of talent and existing resources in New England, Mid-Atlantic, and the Mid-West. The move also bolsters an already-healthy Sage 100 practice with specialized manufacturing expertise and solutions represented by Baesis including Job Ops for Sage 100.
Joe Noll, President at RKL eSolutions, says it all results from mutual admiration between the two companies. “In 2013, we started kicking around ideas on how we might work together and formalized a partnership.” Both companies had a strong Sage 100 practice, but each had expertise and focus on different verticals and industries. Noll says, “The more we talked about it, the more we realized we’d be stronger as one team than we would be just working together as alliance partners.”
Overall, the move expands resources both technically and geographically for RKL eSolutions while reinforcing their commitment to the full line of Sage products including Sage 100, Sage 500 ERP, and Sage X3. Noll says that one of things he thinks about during these mergers and acquisitions is the integration of the teams.
