Rotary Senior Living In Eagle Grove, Iowa Announces Newly Implemented Programs And Services Along With Staff Additions

Rotary Senior Living development has added several new staff members along with implementation of more programs and services on their full campus of care in Eagle Grove, IA. All additions have been highly received by the community and include expanded activity and social events, new culinary meals and services, innovative training/quality assurance programs and capital improvements.

Located on 22 acres in the small community of Eagle Grove, Iowa, Rotary Senior Living is a thriving campus based on a continuum of care philosophy, which flows from a full independent living complex to a comprehensive skilled nursing facility. Leadership by the Rotary Board of Directors has been instrumental in guiding the transformation and improvements of not only services but also of the capital improvements at Rotary Senior Living.

Additions to the staff include Jules Pinkele a professionally trained Culinary Arts Chef. Jules has developed new resident menus and social celebrations with Activities/Events Director Kaelee McNeill. Kaelee not only works on programs at Rotary Senior Living but also in the community organizing events for staff and residents. Mindy Bolmgren is a Certified Assisted Living Director who provides day-to-day operations and supervision clinical staff.

Developmental staff training programs are enriching staff members in a variety of components. A recent customer service workshop has been expanded to include a 16 week management training program. Internal management and quality assurance policies and procedures have been developed that expand upon current programs and implement benchmarks to guide staff while empowering them as well.
