Tennessee Realtor Richard Bryan Educates Sellers on Keeping Homes Show-Ready
Nashville, TN (PRWEB) September 15, 2017 -- The real estate market is starting to show signs that the hot summer market is simmering down. Realtor Richard Bryan, of Fridrich & Clark Realty, shares the following three tips on how to keep a home show-ready during the slower months:
No. 1: Stay positive. “The number one thing you can do when the market slows down is to stay positive and don’t get discouraged,” said Bryan, who had the most number of transactions of all Fridrich & Clark agents for 2001-2015.
No. 2: Deep clean the house. While the market is slow, take time to deep clean the house, including all appliances, and declutter and purge closets, the attic, and the garage. “If you are unable to park your car in your garage, make it a priority to clear it out to show buyers that their car will fit inside,” added Bryan.
No. 3: Keep the home in top condition. “During this time, the number of showings you have may be reduced, but don’t fire your agent,” concluded Bryan. “Instead, focus on keeping your house in tip-top shape, making sure trees and shrubbery are well-groomed, your home is clean and ready to show.”
