Lesley Williams, MD, Director of Primary Care and Nutrition at Remuda Ranch, will present at 12:00 on September 21 “When Addictions Collide: Understanding Eating Disorders and Substance Abuse”. Dr. Williams has been with Remuda Ranch since 2004. Her clinical responsibilities include medically managing the care of all adult and adolescent patients. She also oversees the nutritional aspects of their treatment. Dr. Williams is a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals, and certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine. Over the years, she has given numerous local and national presentations on a variety of eating disorder topics. Dr. Williams has also had several appearances on television shows such as “The Tyra Banks Show” and “Intervention”.
