Youth Opportunity Network Rocket21 Partners with Internationally Acclaimed Voice & Performance Coach Steven Memel to Bring World-Class Expertise to Aspiring Young Singers

The first element of the partnership is a new "Dream Big" Singing Competition, presented in collaboration with Bay-Area based West Coast Songwriters Association. From now through January 31st, youth under age 18 are encouraged to participate in Rocket21’s "Sing in the New Year" competition. To enter, Rocket21 Members must submit a video at Rocket21.com, featuring their performance of a favorite holiday song or a cover of their favorite song from 2013.
Two Grand Prize Winners in age categories of Youth Under 13 and Teens 13-17 will each win a major prize package including: Two one-on-one performance and voice-coaching Skype sessions with Steven Memel, Beats Studio Headphones, $100 Cash, a one-year Youth Membership in West Coast Songwriters, and more. Two Runners-up will each receive one performance and coaching session with Steven Memel, plus $50 Cash and a one-year Youth Membership in West Coast Songwriters.
