Specializing in resort and golf resort properties, Baca currently represents Fox Acres as its primary broker, and owns a property at the golf club. Furthermore, he works closely with local pharmaceutical companies, such as KBI Biopharma, helping their new-hire executives and employees find permanent housing in the Boulder and Longmont areas.
