Author Ryan Ruiz’s Mystery Novel Takes Readers Into a Nail-Biting, Roller-Coaster Ride

Authorities ended up finding the girl on the side of the road in the country an hour away from where she was taken but the man that took her was never found. Eight-year-old Mandy Coefield was also reported missing in Sheldon Township. She was last seen walking home from school.
The Black Cadillac written by author Ryan Ruiz was developed and inspired by multiple events that have occurred in his life and in others. It tells the story of Cody Roberts, a courageous boy who took matters into his own hands while trying to investigate and solve the mystery behind a series of abductions perpetrated by a mystery man. Although he didn’t know it at the time, Cody was almost victimized by this same man as he tried to offer him a ride in his black Cadillac one morning while he was on his way to school.
Together with Zach Madden, his best friend, they both decided to investigate further into the incident. The boys needed to find out the identity of the man in the black car and where he lives. With some help from Zach’s brother Scotty, the searching became a wild goose chase as they try to look for some clues within their own neighborhood and surrounding cities. Will they be able to find the car, the mystery man and the missing girl?
Full of twists and turns, The Black Cadillac takes readers on a nail-biting, roller-coaster ride with the two boys as they investigate the mystery behind a black car and the man. Ryan Ruiz lives in the suburbs of Northeast Ohio with his wife, daughter, and two Dobermans. His writing style caught the eye of the public in 2012 when he was given an opportunity to write about the Cleveland Browns for a sports media website. When not writing, Ryan’s other career is in automobile sales. He received an associate of arts degree with emphasis in graphic design from Lorain County Community College in 2001. Throughout his life, Ryan has been inspired by many things and writing this novel is a huge achievement.
