The Application enables Start Small to standardize and formalize complex weightings and logic into a simple, user-friendly, online application.

The Neota Logic Online Application for Assistance simplifies the application for applicants and improves the processes for Start Small by automatically applying business rules and weighted scorings to determine the eligibility of a client for an in-person interview with a member of the Start Small team. The Application also explains to non-eligible applicants why they are currently ineligible and what they can do to increase the likelihood of future eligibility.
