Holly Moyer, Director of Absence Management Practice at Sagewell Partners will be speaking at the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) annual conference held at the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas from August 11 – 14, 2014.

The DMEC Conference is the only conference for absence, disability, and return to work professionals. The conference provides employer best practices, real-world strategies, and valuable ideas that you can immediately apply to your own absence, disability management, and return to work programs.

With 17 years of expertise in absence management best practices, return to work programs, leave of absence statutory requirements, and disability management programs, Holly specializes in providing solutions that mitigate the costs associated with employee absences and has served as VP on the Board of the DMEC – Ohio Chapter.

Holly will be joining with Vicki Gorbett, a Sagewell Partners client who is the VP of Employee Care and Total Rewards at MedExpress to speak about how they have created a pathway to integration with its absence and disability management programs by utilizing a combination of insourcing and outsourcing. As Holly explains, “We have worked closely with MedExpress over the past two years to ensure a smooth roll-out and integration of new initiatives. I am excited to be presenting with Vicki Gorbett and sharing MedExpress’ story."
