The Bay area startup tech company, SanFran Tech, has announced its tentative 2014 event calendar and employee meetups schedule.
SanFran Tech 2014 events include several sales conferences in many major west coast cities including Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland, and San Diego. Regional managerial training will take place the second week of July.
SanFran Tech has scheduled an end of the year awards ceremony, taking place in early December, which will honor the most distinguished members of the organization. The company wide Christmas party will be held on the evening of December, 23.
The events schedule will allow for new computer technicians to schedule their vacation time around mandatory company events.
SanFran Tech has also schedule a several employee meetups throughout the course of the year. Many of the employee meetups are scheduled on the last weekend of alternating months. The first employee meetups weekend will be the last weekend in April.
The scope of these employee meetups is to build stronger bonds within company personnel, while also providing valuable informational sessions about SanFran Tech.
The employee meetups will consist of two days of informative training sessions, team building exercises, an outdoor obstacle course, and social mixers.
The training sessions will provide guidance to new employees on everything from appropriate office attire and behavior, to complex computer tech procedures.
Attendance at the employee meetups is required of all SanFran Tech personal.
