We publish and speak to help provide a bit of a roadmap on how to create these alternatives to regional centers. Our goal is to create a more vibrant EB-5 marketplace.

New York, NY (PRWEB) April 24, 2014

E3 Investment Group, headquartered in New York, announced today Chief Executive Officer Matt Gordon will be delivering a lecture on the advanced structural, economic and legal frameworks of different business models used in the EB-5 program, including E3 Investment Group’s patent pending Scalable-Direct™ business model. The lecture will review the concepts that appear in Mr. Gordon’s article entitled Organizational Law Issues in the EB-5 Program, which is published in Forming and Operating an EB-5 Regional Center: A Guide for Developers and Business Innovators, Editors: Angelo A. Paparelli and L. Batya Schwartz Ehrens.

According to Mr. Gordon, “The EB-5 program has always been a bit of a one-trick pony with regional centers doing real estate development. There is nothing at all wrong with that, but what the sponsors failed to do is provide for alternative product types and structures to support the unsatisfied market demand for something else. We publish and speak to help provide a bit of a roadmap on how to create these alternatives. Our goal is to create a more vibrant EB-5 marketplace.”

Mr. Gordon continued, “In the end, a stronger market will be better for sponsors and investors alike. E3 Investment Group hopes to be the thought leader provider of alternative asset classes and innovative investor-centric EB-5 compliant investment structures.”
