HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Ark. (PRWEB) January 06, 2016
Using innovative materials and creative approaches in her classes, published author-teacher Shirley Brackett Mathey has been referred by her students as “the best teacher they ever had.” With this, the author shares her experiences and knowledge of effective classroom methods in her latest book titled “Become a More Positive Person” (published by AuthorHouse).
This self-help guidebook walks the readers into chapters of lessons that well explain the process of creating an equally informative and entertaining environment for students. The book recognizes the importance of accentuating positive attitude formation in students and becoming aware of both their positive and negative responses for every approach a model does.
Mathey asks those who are from the teaching profession and the readers in general: “Would you like students to have a positive attitude more often? [Then] This will be accomplished by learning to: Speak more positively, visualizing the beginning and end of projects, listing goals with target date, identifying skills that increase self esteem, assuming responsibility, and [especially] accomplish more.”
