Giancarlo Nicastro Named CEO of SiiLA Brasil

The positive response from the industry has been overwhelming, with many of Brazil’s largest players supporting SiiLA Brasil and signing up for the launch of its new subscription service.

US-based SiiLA Investors announced today that it has named Giancarlo Nicastro CEO of its subsidiary company, SiiLA Brasil, a market intelligence platform that serves Brazil’s commercial real estate industry. Mr. Nicastro will step down from his executive management role with Cyrela Commercial Properties to become CEO of the new company.

Commenting on the new hire, SiiLA Investors spokesman Jon Capezzuto said, “We are thrilled that Giancarlo is coming on board. He is a highly accomplished member of Brazil’s commercial real estate community who fully grasps SiiLA Brasil’s potential to improve market transparency while connecting its users to valuable property data.
