Named after Maine’s highest peak, the triple-decker bunk bed Katahdin is perfect for packing in family and friends at ski lodges, mountain homes, or any other place where space and comfort need to be maximized. Ceiling height must be at least 85” to accommodate the triple-decker. Extremely versatile, the Katahdin comes in a variety of bright colors and natural finishes. Handcrafted in Maine with eco-friendly, non-toxic materials and finishes, the Katahdin is a must-have for those who wish to bunk in bulk.
“We are really excited to offer the new Katahdin,” said Steve Pogson of Maine Bunk Beds. “If you’re getting your ski house ready for a busy winter season, this is the bed for you. Not only is this bed functional and versatile but it is environmentally friendly, fun, and handcrafted right here in the USA.”

About Maine Bunk Beds
Maine Bunk Beds was originally founded by Scott Taylor, who came to understand how important it was to protect children from unnecessary chemical exposure after his own son fell ill following toxic exposure and was ultimately diagnosed with multiple medical problems, including autism. Scott decided to expand his established carpentry business to build Maine Bunk Beds in 2009, devoting his business to making beds that were safe for kids and affordable for parents.
