Metaswitch Networks has certified SmartRecord®, interaction and call recording software, for use across their softswitch platforms. As a Mosaic Technology Partner, CTI Group has collaborated closely with Metaswitch to ensure SmartRecord® integrates tightly into their platform. This certification provides service providers and their customers, using Metaswitch platforms, with a proven, reliable, scalable and secure interaction and call recording software solution. SmartRecord® allows service provider’s to host the interaction and call recording software within their network, or providers may take advantage of CTI’s Software-as-a-Service recording platform, Affinity.
SmartRecord® integrates tightly with Metaswitch via SIPrec integration. As a silent listener on the call, SmartRecord® ensures a consistent, high quality customer experience. The solution also includes a wide range of features which enable service providers to offer compliance and regulatory recording as part of their portfolio. In addition, SmartRecord® offers advanced contact centre features such as quality assurance and speech analytics.
As the first multi-tenant hosted interaction and call recording software on the market, SmartRecord® is built upon Cloud architecture, therefore providing high availability system design coupled with seamless scalability. The application includes a full set of service provider management functions allowing for complete OSS/BSS integration for provisioning, billing and white-labelling purposes.
