Sourcebits Appoints Former Leap Motion Executive as New Vice President of Marketing and PR

She will be responsible for branding, multi-channel integrated marketing communications and media relations for Sourcebits and its growing suite of products.
Bowerman most recently served as Director of Public Relations at Leap Motion, bringing the innovative 3-D motion control technology startup out of stealth in 2012 and through its successful global launch this summer. Her work launching Leap Motion was recently recognized by the PR Week Awards as a finalist for Technology Campaign of the Year. Bowerman managed the strategic media campaign that established Leap Motion as an industry leader, generating more than 10,000 pieces of coverage around the world to drive sales. She also oversaw Leap Motion’s external communications, growing all social media channels and leading the creation and editorial direction of a weekly customer newsletter and corporate blog.

Companies can then partner with Sourcebits to build the new product and bring it to market.
