The Morning Buzz sessions are open to all DevLearn13 attendees. Attendees are invited to bring their ideas, questions and perspectives. These popular “breakfast-breakout” sessions allow attendees to grab a cup of coffee and network with other attendees in a relaxed, casual atmosphere.
"We are pleased to continue SparkWorks' reputation as a thought leader in the development of expertise, and in the use of learning analytics to drive deeper understanding of where competency and mastery happen in workplace learning," said Dr. Janet Corral, Chief Learning Officer of SparkWorks, Inc. SparkWorks looks to sharing a better way of understanding and measuring a deep mastery of skills. The session will help participants learn how to measure performance and apply that knowledge to their own unique situations. The session is geared to corporate, non-profit and post-secondary learning leaders who have previous experience with adult learning, but who desire to go one step deeper in building an engaged workforce.
