International Polo Club Launches Second Sportswear Collection by Miami Activewear Designer Denise Cronwall
Wellington, FL (PRWEB) November 27, 2013 -- International Polo Club Palm Beach, the famed South Florida private polo country club, in March 2013 announced the launch of its first Sports House Limited Edition apparel line by Miami Designer Denise Cronwall. After much success, now a second collection has been designed and is ready to launch. It will be available for purchase at its Sports House facility, online at Denisecronwall.com and coming soon at InternationalPoloClub.com, starting December 1st.
The sportswear is a collaboration between IPC and Miami tennis apparel designer Denise Cronwall. “World class is the standard we strive to achieve in all that we do,” says Paul Hope, director of IPC’s Sports House, which includes tennis and croquet as well as international sports events. “Our designer clothing line is an extension of that ethic, represented through the design and quality.”
Recognized as one of the world’s most prestigious polo club, IPC hosts high-goal competitions such as the Joe Barry Memorial Cup, Ylvisaker Cup, USPA Piaget Gold Cup and Maserati 109th U.S. Open Polo Championship™. “Being approached by such a prestigious club as IPC about teaming up to create an exclusive line together is very encouraging and an honor” says Denise Cronwall, who launched her eponymous line in 2010.
Design inspiration comes to Denise Cronwall at her visits to the club and its beautiful and sophisticated surroundings. The result is an elegant collection that incorporates unique and feminine fabrics. Keeping IPC’s white dress code in mind, she likes to select textured fabrics to create interest without the need of color. “A feminine white lace with a subtle and soft green background was selected for this season’s creations and a berry color thread was incorporated as an accent,” says Denise Cronwall. “The collection is made from incredibly soft Nylon Microfiber that has moisture wicking properties and is easy to care for.”
The two-piece collection designed this season sells for $110 per piece and includes an a-line racer-back top and matching skirt.
The collection not only boasts a fresh design, it also is relevant in terms of form, fit and functionality. A taste for the exclusive, the line is made in Miami, Florida. “Being able to support made in American is important and we take pride in making everything in the U.S. Additionally, it also allows us to ensure excellent quality of the end product,” explains Denise Cronwall.
