RedBin’s new article, which is generating widespread acclaim and being actively shared across social media, highlights the often immense re-employment difficulties that many Veterans face when they return to civilian life after courageously and honorably serving their country; a struggle that the company’s founders witnessed first-hand after finishing military contracts in Afghanistan and Kuwait.

“As private contractors, we left these US Bases and jumped right back into our civilian roles rather easily,” shared RedBin’s President and Founder Tom Anderson, who launched the company earlier this year. “However, our Veterans often times have difficulty doing just this. US companies are hesitant to hire Veterans because they most often have trouble seeing how the specific skills that Veterans possess will translate into the civilian world.”

The blog post goes on to highlight how RedBin is addressing this problem directly – and hoping to inspire other companies to follow suit -- by recognizing the fact that Veterans are exceptional building blocks for a superior, high-performance workforce.
