The Network Journals 16th Annual "25 Influential Black Women in Business" Calls for Nominations
New York, NY (PRWEB) October 17, 2013 -- The Network Journal (TNJ), an award-winning business magazine offering trade and industry news vital for today’s African-American professionals, corporate executives and small-business owners, announces the call for nominations for its 2014 “25 Influential Black Women in Business Awards.” The 2014 Awards marks the sixteenth anniversary of this prestigious event, held annually in New York City.
This TNJ award honors African-American women whose professional achievements have significantly impacted an industry or profession, and who also have made an important contribution to their community. An ideal "TNJ 25” candidate is a business owner, or a partner, president, CEO, board chair, or other senior-management executive with significant decision-making authority in the corporate, nonprofit (including academia and medicine), or government sector.
Winners will be featured in the Spring 2014 issue of The Network Journal magazine and honored at a luncheon held at the New York Marriott Marquis Hotel in March 2014. The deadline for nominations is Friday, October 25, 2013.
