The presentation, which is hosted by TrialSmith and sponsored by the Consumer Attorneys of California, will offer plaintiffs’ attorneys insight into various factors that can negatively impact a mass tort litigation. Topics include federal preemption, lone pine orders, causation and obstacles that delay settlement distribution.
Ms. Anthony has nearly a decade of experience examining and evaluating the viability of mass tort litigations, will lead the live program.
