Boston Attorney Patricia Tambone Commemorates 40th Anniversary
Boston, MA (PRWEB) April 17, 2017 -- Patricia Tambone, founder of the Tambone Law Office, is celebrating her fortieth anniversary as a real estate lawyer. “Those forty years have given me a wide range of experiences so that I can guide my clients to a happy resolution of any matter,” said Tambone. “I pride myself on responsiveness, fairness of cost and attention to details.”
Tambone graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin and received her law degree from the Nova University Law School in Florida, where she practiced commercial real estate law assisting with the development of condominiums, office parks and office buildings in South Florida. She specialized in sophisticated financing for businesses and large developers, advising domestic and foreign investors. Today, Tambone focuses her practice on residential real estate, condominium issues, zoning, and representing lenders with loan transactions.
“I’ve done several real estate closings over the years and Pat Tambone was by far the best attorney I’ve used,” said client Gail A. “She followed up with me on every single detail to make sure everything was recorded and processed correctly.”
In addition to practicing law, Tambone is a longtime member of the Concord Chamber of Commerce and has been a volunteer at the Boston Symphony Orchestra for more than thirty years. “I love volunteering at the Boston Symphony Orchestra because they offer so many opportunities for children, such as visiting the schools and providing instrument study. Talented students are also mentored by members of the Boston Symphony Orchestra,” added Tambone, a former professional singer who started her career at the Plaza Hotel in New York.
Tambone cares about her community and sometimes offers her services for those that are not able to afford legal representation. She also has a strong passion for animals. “Before and during law school, I was part of the Palm Beach County Rescue League. We would try to save as many dogs as we could from kill shelters and place them in foster homes,” concluded Tambone, a mother of two rescue dogs. “I had a small apartment full of dogs and was grateful that I could rescue, foster and find them forever homes and I am still doing it.”
