Carmel, IN (PRWEB) August 14, 2014 -- Real Estate agents, Dawn Fisher and Christy Corey recently joined forces combining forty years of business, sales and marketing experience into Team Fisher Century 21 Rasmussen Co., Inc. The pair represents Hamilton County, Indiana’s fastest growing of 92 counties. “With sales and median price increases coming back into play over the last year/year and a half, there is still an inventory shortage, as existing homes move very quickly right now. We are in the fastest growing county, attracting a lot of new residents and businesses, so existing home inventories simply don’t fill the needs. We are pleased to see that our builders are back, however. They have bought up rural plats expanding into the northwest and northeast areas of the county and new subdivisions are springing up,” said Christy Corey.
Last week, Team Fisher launched Team Fisher’s Builder’s Tour, an ongoing series of events designed to fulfill their prospective buyer’s needs and to show existing residents exciting new options in the area. The events will take place quarterly and will include model home tours, introductions to the newest neighborhoods, hot decorating, design, and furniture ideas, reviews of builders’ current incentive plans, and access to local mortgage resources.
Karla Chevrie, Mortgage Loan Originator for Eli Lilly Federal Credit Union joined Team Fisher on the Tour and commented, “I’ve been doing this for 12-13 years now and I’ve never had Realtors go above and beyond like that to make sure their clients are completely aware and informed of all that is out there. As we already know, there are very distinct differences between all the builders and our clients’ tastes, and I don’t always think that our customers know of all the possibilities. Many agents just want them to sign a contract so they can move on to the next, but Christy and Dawn have been a great source of information for them and I think that will continue to go a long way even if they are all not planning on purchasing right now.”
Both women are long-time residents of the area, knowing the area's real estate market inside and out. As residents and with children in the school system, they can provide current information about schools, neighborhoods, market conditions and trends. “Not all agents work in teams, but Christy and I believe that two agents in a territory as large as Fishers and East Carmel provide the best coverage for every seller and buyer. All of our clients get two agents, for the price of one,” said Dawn Fisher.
