The Meadows Wickenburg Announces New Gentle Path Staff
Wickenburg, AZ (PRWEB) September 25, 2013 -- The Meadows trauma and addiction treatment center in Wickenburg, Ariz. is pleased to announce the addition of new staff members to their Gentle Path at The Meadows program for males 18 and older struggling with a sexual addiction.
Steve Dulla, MD will be joining The Meadows as Medical Director/Psychiatrist for Gentle Path at The Meadows. Dr. Dulla previously was employed by The Meadows and is returning to The Meadows team after working in private practice and positions at both Remuda Ranch and Rosewood Ranch. Dr. Dulla has practiced psychiatry for over 20 years and has experience in all areas of addiction treatment.
Monica Meyer, PhD is the new Clinical Director for Gentle Path. She previously was employed at Pine Grove Gentle Path for the past three years, working closely with their program and patients while completing her Doctorate. Dr. Meyer has worked closely with Dr. Patrick Carnes and is a regular presenter at Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) trainings.
Isabel Nino de Guzman, PhD will be joining The Meadows as the Psychologist for Gentle Path. Dr. Nino de Guzman has international experience, working for the first part of her career in Peru developing programs, treating patients, and teaching at the collegiate level. She came to the United States to pursue her Doctorate and has held positions at Pine Grove Gentle Path and most recently at Hazelden. Dr. Nino de Guzman brings a wealth of experience in testing and interpreting results, having worked closely with Dr. Patrick Carnes in completing sex addiction research.
Rob Wallace, RN will be taking the position of Director of Nursing at Gentle Path. Wallace is currently employed by The Meadows but will be transitioning to the Gentle Path Program where he will be developing a new nursing team.

The Gentle Path at The Meadows program is based on the groundbreaking work of Dr. Patrick Carnes’ Thirty-Task model which has been empirically validated to be an effective form of treatment for sexually compulsive behavior. Gentle Path is scheduled to open November 1, 2013 at The Meadows’ newest property, Vista, located two miles from the main campus and offering a 27-bed facility in an exclusive and confidential setting.
