Apartment Industry Turns to Company to Improve Revenue Management, Marketing and Demand Generation Efforts

The Rainmaker Group, the leading supplier of revenue performance software to the multifamily housing and gaming/hospitality industries, announced today that in the first eight months of this year over 70 apartment companies began using a Rainmaker solution. Combined, the new clients implemented Rainmaker multifamily products across owned and fee-managed portfolios totaling more than 160,000 units.

The majority of these companies selected to use Rainmaker LRO, and many will also implement Rainmaker Intelligent Lead Management (ILM), the company’s leasing effectiveness solution. Eighteen Capital Group is among the companies that have implemented LRO and an executive at the firm says the solution has already produced significant results.

Since completing its implementation of LRO in July, Eighteen Capital Group's 30-community portfolio has already experienced a 2.3 percent increase in occupancy and a 3.6 percent jump in revenue per unit (RPU).

Eighteen Capital Group further plans to increase its partnership with Rainmaker as the firm has contracted to implement ILM and recently launched MDX, Rainmaker’s performance benchmarking data exchange.

Beacon Communities, one of Rainmaker’s long-standing LRO customers, also selected ILM as its lead management solution.
