TheWirelessBanana.Com is Officially Launched
Sacramento, CA (PRWEB) July 11, 2013 -- TheWirelessBanana.Com has been made officially live as of 13:00 PST, on 07/09/2013. The site is dedicated to technology. Information on current technologies as well as the emerging will be detailed on TheWirelessBanana.Com
The founders of TheWirelessBanana.Com are Keatley and Arceo, yeah, like "Madonna", one name. :) They have regular jobs but decided to turn their mutual passion of technology into a creative outlet online so other people could join in the fun, or as Keatley put it, "get weird with us," as he pointed to the picture on his desk of him and Arceo taking a "karate break" to "recenter the mind after working on a tough problem." When asked why TheWirelessBanana.Com was started, Keatley had this to say:
"The main purpose of this site is to have fun while researching, in creative ways, new communication products and systems. We have started with the major wireless providers and their connected tv/internet service options, but will expand to accessories and additional providers in all areas as we are able to continue the mission. There is so much information and so many new technologies, it will be a life long pursuit as we continue, there is no end to the advancement and opportunities which lie in the world’s technology as it exponentially increases in power and efficiency. He added, "watch Ray Kurzweil’s Transcendent Man, it’s pretty cool."
TheWirelessBanana.Com doesn't have the traditional website advertising model in use today where sites are overrun with ads and links, see Million Dollar webpage here, instead they have turned to dedicated advertisement, like their Verizon FiOS Promotion Code page, when asked to explain this, Keatley said:
"We are all younger people, around 30s, and we spend a fair amount of time on the internet, on a variety of sites, and one thing I/we honestly can’t stand is the bombardment of advertising which interrupts the content of every page on the websites and is often repetitive and in no way even related to us. No, we do not want to know “one weird trick to lose belly fat.”. With that in mind, we have instead opted to put advertisements, in this case coupons to help you save money, on isolated pages so users (you) can read our articles without the annoyance of the non-stop advertising." He ended with, "It drives me bananas!"
