Founder of HansOn Muscle Therapy, Tobe Hanson, Releases New Book
San Francisco (PRWEB) June 18, 2014 -- Author Tobe Hanson, the creator of HansOn Muscle Therapy (HMT), shares his experience from 30 years practicing alternative medicine and his interpretation of ancient Chinese medicine as a solution for pain, worry and disappointment in his new book, “The Four Seasons Way of Life: Ancient Wisdom for Personal Growth” (published by Balboa Press).
“No one experiences pain, anxiety, depression or failure for no reason in the same way no one experiences great health, peace of mind or success by chance,” Hanson says. “There is cause and effect, action and re-action, meaning and purpose with everything that happens in life.”
This book is aimed at the real issues and problems people face today. Hanson presents case studies of patients who experience healing after realizing the cause and behavior that led to their tension, pain and suffering.
“It is a powerful reminder that we can all heal, grow and better our lives – by conscious choice, not by random chance,” Hanson says.
Using an easy-to-understand metaphor relating ancient Chinese wisdom to timing – doing the right thing, at the right time, in harmony with one’s surroundings and circumstances, or seasons – Hanson will help readers understand the causes of their pain and suffering. He also takes his philosophies one step further, presenting practical applications for making positive life changes.
“Our potential for health, well-being, performance, and happiness is in our own hands,” Hanson says. “Living in harmony with our ‘seasons’ brings healthy dividends, while resisting reality results in internal stress, fatigue and eventually, ill-health.”
