Joel K. Heriford joined Burch & Cracchiolo in 1985 and practices in estate planning and taxation, retirement planning, asset protection planning, revocable living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, special needs trusts, family limited partnerships, family limited liability companies, asset protection trusts and charitable remainder trusts.
Melissa G. Iyer has represented a number of governmental institutions in high profile cases involving education, civil rights, negligence and constitutional issues since joining the Firm in 2006. Steven M. Wendi A. Sorensen is certified as a specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death law by the State Bar of Arizona due to her litigation experience state and federal court. Her practice focuses on aggravated liability and damages matters and premises liability cases.
