Neil Dymott Shareholder Selected as the 2014 Secretary-Treasurer of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel (ASCDC)
San Diego, California (PRWEB) November 25, 2013 -- Clark R. Hudson of Neil, Dymott, Frank, McFall & Trexler, APLC has been selected as the 2014 Secretary-Treasurer of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel (ASCDC), the nation's largest civil defense organization. Mr. Hudson’s term will begin in February 2014 and will continue to 2015, where he will then serve as Vice President and President in 2016. He will be officially inducted into his new position at the ASCDC annual meeting, February 27-28, 2013 in Los Angeles, CA.
Mr. Hudson will join a group of distinguished defense attorneys from throughout Southern California in leading this prestigious organization. Mr. Hudson has served on various committees for ASCDC since 2003 and became a member of the Board of Directors in 2011. He has also been a past speaker and presenter at the annual meetings in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara.
Mr. Hudson is a former board member and Past President for the San Diego Defense Lawyers. He is the Past Section Chair for Trial Tactics for the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC), and is currently working as a Vice-Chair for the Planning and Organization Committee. In 2009, he received the John Alan Appleman Award for his work as a FDCC Section Chair. He holds the rank of Advocate in the American Board of Trial Advocates. In 2010, Mr. Hudson was inducted into the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.
Since 2009, Mr. Hudson has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers of America® in Medical Malpractice Law, and for 2013 was named the “Top Medical Malpractice Defense Lawyer” for Best Lawyers of America®. Mr. Hudson was also named “Defense Attorney of the Year” (2012) by the San Diego Defense Lawyers.
