PowerScore is determined by an algorithm that considers its average DealerRater star rating plus the total number of consumer reviews written about a dealership during the calendar year.
Winners of the Consumer Satisfaction Award are then recognized on the DealerRater Dealer Review page that currently enables 12 million online visitors to identify quickly those that are consistent providers of top-flight customer service.
