UBCF Announces Second Annual Wellness Workshop at the Omega Institute
Huntington Station, New York (PRWEB) July 30, 2013 -- The United Breast Cancer Foundation (UBCF), a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is pleased to sponsor the second annual week-long health and wellness retreat at the world renowned Omega Institute for Holistic Studies in Rhinebeck, NY this September 15-20. Open to women and men, "Connect to Y.E.S Through Emotional Fitness" is an extraordinary opportunity for deep renewal and transformation. The workshop is facilitated by the talented and accomplished Andrea Hanson, CEHP, IKYTA, E-RYT-500, former Program Director for Dr. Deepak Chopra’s Chopra Center.
In the nurturing environment of the Omega Institute, Andrea skillfully weaves ancient and contemporary healing sciences into easy to learn, fun and empowering sessions tailored specifically to the needs of each attendee. The workshop offers the most effective therapies and techniques in energy healing, yoga and meditation to assist in relieving stress, negativity and poor self-concepts. Attendees will learn how to replace negative feelings with confidence, peace and inner strength; becoming aware of their true self and purpose while learning the secrets of living authentically. Seating is limited for this unique workshop to ensure personal and one-on-one attention with Andrea. As a special gift, UBCF is offering scholarships for tuition on a first-come, first-served basis.
