VehicleHistoryRecord.com has created a new division dedicated to customer complaint resolution, the company announced yesterday.
“We decided that simply having a customer call center was not enough if we want to have the highest customer satisfaction rate in the industry,” a VehicleHistoryRecord spokesman said. “That's why we've decided to launch the complaint resolution division. It will contain expert staff who know how to solve problems quickly, fairly and easily.”
The complaint resolution division will be an autonomous section of the company with the authority to solve problems on their own without having to reach out to management for authorization, he said.
“If a customer calls up with a complaint and deserves a refund, the person they are talking to on the phone should be able to authorize it on their own,” the VehicleHistoryRecord.com spokesman said. “They shouldn't have to put you on hold for ten minutes while they talk to a manager.”
VehicleHistoryRecord.com chose their most successful customer service staff members to be part of the complaint resolution division, he said.
“We only want the best of the best dealing with customers who have a complaint,” he said. “That way we know that they will get the job done right. Over time, we believe this will greatly increase customer satisfaction.”
The complaint resolution division will be tasked with making sure no customer is on hold for more than 90 seconds, that all complaints are resolved in under five minutes, and to check back with customers down the line to make sure they are happy with the outcome, the VehicleHistoryRecord.com spokesman said.
“This way we know that they are achieving the results we want,” he said.
