WNW Hospitality Group has been approved by Best Western International with an Endorsed Management Company status based on required criteria for the world’s largest hotel chain. It is only the second management company to pass the brand’s stringent criteria.

WNW Hospitality Group has operated Best Western hotels for more than 20 years as owners, operators, and as the management company of many different Best Western properties. Properties that have been operated by WNW Hospitality Group include the BEST WESTERN PLUS Seaport Inn in New York City, previous winner of Best Western’s highest award, the M. K. Guertin Award, and the newly renovated BEST WESTERN PLUS in North Haven, Conn. The North Haven property was awarded the Chairman's Award for its perfect quality inspection upon opening in 2014.

WNW Hospitality Group is a full service management company that specializes in operating Best Western properties. Our partners serve on Best Western brand committees, marketing co-op committees and as regional governors for the brand. The company attends brand meetings and understands all operating standards. Best Western seeks management companies that have experience and knowledge of operations within the Best Western system. Judging of status by Best Western is based on a proven track record of operational and management areas, including human resources, revenue management, maintenance, housekeeping, fiscal management and more. Fee structures are reviewed and within ranges that align with Best Western standards.

WNW Hospitality Group principals include Dave Dickinson, Jonathan Reiss, and Bob Jaeger and they provide hands on management for the owner and regular communication on what is being done to ensure the property is successful in all areas of the operations. WNW Hospitality Group believes in providing boots on the ground with all the partners involved in operating the hotels. We are on the properties regularly inspecting and following up. WNW Hospitality Group provides revenue management services, sales improvement plans, quality improvement, operations standards, job placement and accounting services. We also assist in property improvement plans, capital planning, and new property openings.

In addition to operating Best Western properties, WNW Hospitality Group and its partners have operated many other brands including IHG, Preferred Hotel Group, Hilton, and other high quality brands.
