This scavenger hunt revolves around famous fashion landmarks, and would-be hunters can sign up as individuals or a team. To participate in the scavenger hunt at least one team member must have access to a smart phone to utilize the app that organizes the hunt. Tickets to the hunt cost $20 and include a free beer for every person who crosses the finish line. Visiting NYC later in the month? The same group hosts a two-hour hunt through Brooklyn on September 21st.
87th Annual Feast of San Gennaro

This popular 11-day feast is expected to attract more than a million guests from all over the world so tourists and locals alike can experience the true melting-pot nature of NY. The central day of the celebration is Thursday September 19th, the official Saint Day. Visitors can enjoy musical entertainment, a variety of ethnic foods and more every day of the feast.

Dumbo Arts Festival
