Miniter Group has published a white paper titled “Lender Guidance for Implementation of the Homeowners Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014” which discusses the changes to the NFIP flood program through the implementation of the Biggert-Waters Act of 2012 and subsequently the Homeowners Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014.

Miniter Group today published "Lender Guidance for Implementation of the Homeowners Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014" a white paper which will describe the changes to the NFIP flood program through the implementation of the Biggert-Waters Act of 2012 and subsequently the Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014. The changes described in the white paper will only be changes that affect bankers and loan servicers. The white paper is an attempt to inform bankers and loan servicers of the recent changes in the law and what to expect as these laws are implemented over the next 18 months.
