WhitePages.us.org Launches To Help People Find Any Phone Number
Houston, TX (PRWEB) March 14, 2014 -- WhitePages.us.org has been launched to allow people to track down phone numbers and perform reverse phone number lookups, the company announced yesterday.
“When people are looking for a phone number, we'll be there to help,” a WhitePages.us.org spokesman said. “We'll also be around to help people figure out who has called them through reverse phone lookups.”
Customers simply have to type a name into the WhitePages.us.org search engine, pay a fee, and the phone number will pop up on their screen, he said. Or they can type in a phone number and be told who it belongs to.
“If someone calls claiming to represent a charity or your bank, you want to be able to be sure they are who they say they are,” he said. “That's where the reverse lookup comes in handy.”
Reverse lookups can also be used to find out who people using your phone are calling, he said.
“If someone suspects their spouse is having an affair they can simply look at their phone bill, see if there is a number that keeps popping up, and find out who exactly it belongs to,” he said. “Then they can see if that person is someone who might have led their spouse astray.”
The company said that it has access to names and phone numbers throughout North America.
“We hope to have international numbers at some point in the future,” he said.
