Marc and Jerome Bogutz Join Wilson Elser's Philadelphia Office and William McDevitt Moves to National Firm with Leaders of the Pennsylvania Bar
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) July 16, 2013 -- Leaders of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Marc Bogutz, co-chair of the bar’s Professional Liability Committee, and his father Jerome Bogutz, past president of the Pennsylvania Bar and former chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar, have left their Philadelphia-based law firm and moved their professional liability practice to national law firm Wilson Elser.
William McDevitt, a member of their practice, has made the leap to Wilson Elser as well. The younger Bogutz and Mr. McDevitt have joined the firm as partners and the elder Bogutz has joined as of counsel.

In addition to representing lawyers in civil matters and disciplinary proceedings, which comprises approximately 75 percent of their practice, the team also handles liability matters on behalf of other professional disciplines including architects, engineers, agents and brokers and others. Their practice also encompasses general commercial litigation, insurance defense, insurance coverage and bad faith matters.
